Selected work

Results worth documenting.

This portfolio is structured for approved before-and-after photography and honest project notes. Finished work will be added here as the visual library grows.

Portfolio in progress

Real projects only. No stock-photo shortcuts.

The comparison panels below are intentional placeholders—not representations of completed Iserlohn Properties work.

Each future entry should identify the property type, service, relevant surface or condition, and completed result without disclosing private client information. Photography should be used only with permission.

Built for useful proof

What each case study will show.

A strong portfolio should explain the thinking and scope behind the visible result.

01

Condition

What the surface or property needed before work began.

02

Approach

Why a method or combination of services fit the property.

03

Protection

Important site, access, material, or surrounding considerations.

04

Result

The completed improvement and relevant care recommendations.

Set expectations clearly

Every property and surface is different.

Before-and-after images can show improvement, but they cannot promise an identical result elsewhere.

Age, material, staining, oxidation, previous treatments, physical damage, and ongoing moisture all influence the safe and achievable finish. These conditions are considered during scope review.
