Privacy
Simple, respectful handling of your information.
Iserlohn Properties collects only the information needed to review a service request, communicate with you, and manage the resulting business relationship.

What we collect
When you submit a quote request, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, requested service, preferred timing, and the short description you provide.
Why we collect it
We use this information to review your request, contact you, prepare or discuss a scope of work, coordinate service, maintain reasonable business records, and respond to related questions.
Where it is handled
Website submissions are processed through Cloudflare and stored in our business lead database. A limited backup copy may also be maintained in our secured business files. Information may later be entered into the quoting or customer-management tools we use to serve you. When a quote request comes from a tagged marketing link, we may store the landing page and campaign parameters (such as UTM values or a Google click identifier) with the request so we can understand which marketing channels generate inquiries. The service-area map is provided through OpenStreetMap; when that embedded map loads, standard technical request information such as your IP address and browser details may be sent to the map provider.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that help us operate the website, communications, backups, quoting, or customer records. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Retention and safeguards
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask a privacy question. Contact privacy@iserlohnproperties.ca.
Changes to this policy
If our information-handling practices materially change, this page will be updated to reflect the current practice.
